beautiful shot of mt. ritter and water falls... i wonder if this is the spot that famous painter william keith painted.
Suzanne: Sorry to be so slow in responding! I'm out of date on this blog. Do you have a link to the William Keith painting? I'd love to see if this is the same spot. I hiked here with my family (wife and 3 kids) along with my brother G Dan Mitchell - a pretty well-known California photographer. This is a beautiful area for backpacking and a fantastic family vacation (and a bit of an uphill climb!)
